Can you think of anything better than a blueberry muffin in the morning? Well, maybe an extra hour of sleep. When you do wake up, the delicious scent of these streusel-topped sweets will have you jumping out of bed with a smile.

- Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare pan cavities with vegetable pan spray.
- To make streusel, stir together flour and sugar in small bowl. Add melted butter; stir until mixture feels like wet sand.
- For muffins, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in medium bowl. In large bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, milk and vanilla. Add flour mixture; stir until just lumpy. Gently fold in blueberries. Divide batter evenly into pan cavities. Evenly divide streusel on top.
- Bake 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes before removing.
