Ingredients: 1-2/3 cups all-purpose flour; 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened; 3/4 cup granulated sugar; 2 Eggs; 1 tablespoon orange zest,; 1/2 cup milk; 1 cup Fresh blueberries; 1-1/4 cups confectioners&apos; sugar; 2-3 tablespoons orange juice

1-1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
2-3 tablespoons orange juice

- Preheat oven to 325°F. Prepare 8 in. x 4 in. loaf pan with vegetable pan spray.
- In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. In large bowl, beat butter and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Gradually beat in eggs one at a time, mixing well. Beat in orange zest. Alternately add flour mixture and milk to batter in 3 additions. Gently fold in blueberries; spoon into prepared pan.
- Bake 65-70 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes on cooling grid. Turn bread out of pan and cool completely.
- For glaze, whisk confectioners' sugar and orange juice in small bowl. Drizzle over cooled bread.
