Melt candy. Melt Candy Melts candy in tall dipping container following package instructions.
Dip pretzels. Dip 2/3 of pretzel rod into melted candy. Tap to remove excess candy. Place on parchment paper-covered cake board. Chill until set, about 15 minutes.
Decorate pretzels. Using blue food color spray, spray top half of pretzels; let dry, about 5 minutes. Repeat with silver food color spray on bottom half.
