  • Favorite Cake Mix or Recipe

  • 6 3/4 cups Creamy White Decorator Icing, 4 lb. Tub

  • Royal Blue Icing Color, 1 oz. - Blue Food Coloring

  • Tools

  • Round Cake Decorating Tip 2

  • Non-Stick Cooling Grid - 14.5 x 20-Inch - Cooling Rack

  • Performance Pans Aluminum Round Cake Pan, 14-Inch

  • Decorator Preferred 9inch Angled Spatula

  • Gum Paste Flower Cutter Set, 28-Piece

  • 12-Inch Disposable Cake Decorating and Pastry Bags, 100-Count

  1. Bake cake. Prepare cake batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool one cake layer.
  2. Tint icing. Using Royal Blue icing color, tint 6¼ cups icing blue. Ice cake smooth. Reserve remaining icing white.
  3. Decorate cake. Using assorted flower cutters, leaves and blossoms, imprint design on cake.

    Prepare decorating bag with tip 2 and remaining white icing. Pipe over imprinted designs, outlining and embellishing flowers and petals with lines and dots.
