Black & White Mustache Cookies

Mustaches never looked so good -- or tasted so yummy. Black extra fine FoodWriters edible color markers create a variety of perfect mustache designs, from very small to large.

  1. At least one day in advance, bake and cool moustache cookies.
  2. Make royal icing.

    Thin icing to flow-in consistency. Place in decorating bag.
  3. Ice cookies.

    Arrange cookies on cooling grid placed over parchment-lined cookie pan. Cut tip from decorating bag; pipe icing to cover cookies. Lightly tap cooling grid to smooth and remove excess icing from cookies. Let dry 8-12 hours.

  4. Decorate cookies.

    Draw black moustaches on icing with black FoodWriter.
