1. - In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar until well combined.
2. - Add your egg, vanilla, and almond extract.
3. - In a separate bowl, sift together dry ingredients; flour, baking powder, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt.
4. - Add the dry ingredients to your wet ingredients and mix until fully combined. The dough will be smooth and not sticky.
5. - Roll out the dough, then cut out your cookies and place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 375° F for 7 to 9 minutes.
6. - Allow to cool completely then decorate with the Wilton cookie icing, sprinkles, and any other decorations you'd like.
