Prepare and tint icing. Using color combinations provided, tint 2 1/2 cups icing teal and 3 1/2 cups icing yellow.
*Combine Teal and Kelly Green icing colors to get teal color shown. Combine Golden Yellow and Orange icing colors to get yellow color shown.
Decorate cake. Using teal icing, level and ice 6 in. cake smooth on 6 in. cake circle. Using yellow icing, level and ice 8 in. cake smooth on foil-covered 10 in. cake circle.
Prepare cakes for stacked construction.
Prepare decorating bag with tip 4 and reserved white icing. Pipe beads and dots on front of cakes to form desired pattern.
