Favorite Cake Mix or Recipe
Silver Pearlized Sugar, 5.25 oz.
White Nonpareils, 3 oz. - Cake Decorating Supplies
Pearlized Diamond Shaped Sprinkles, 3 oz.
Blue Sugar Pearls, 5 oz.
Rose Icing Color, 1 oz. - Pink Food Coloring
Red-Red Icing Color, 1 oz.
Your favorite sprinkles
5 cups Buttercream Frosting

- Bake cake. Prepare cake batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool two cake layers. Level, fill and stack for 4 in. high cake.
Tint icing. Combine Rose and Red-Red icing colors to get pink color shown. Tint 5 cups icing pink using color combinations provided.
Place cake on cake circle, then on turntable. Using spatula, ice cake with pink icing, using tip of spatula to add spatula marks to side of cake. For consistent lines, place tip of spatula at base of cake, then turn cake on table as spatula moves up towards top of cake.
Use same technique to pipe swirl on top of cake, starting at edge of cake and working towards center.
- Decorate cake. In small bowl, combine sprinkles. Carefully top edge of cake with sprinkles mix.
