1. - Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare 8 in. x 8 in. baking pan with vegetable pan spray.
2. - In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
3. - In medium bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter, egg, vanilla and almond extract. Add flour mixture; stir until combined. Fold in 1/4 cup of raspberries and 1/2 cup white chocolate chips. Spread mixture into prepared pan and sprinkle with all remaining 1/3 cup raspberries and 1 tablespoon white chocolate chips.
4. - Bake 42-48 minutes or until lightly browned at edges and center is set. Cool completely in pan on cooling grid.
