White Chocolate Raspberry Blondies

Sweet, creamy white chocolate and tart raspberries combine for luscious white chocolate raspberry blondies that are a great twist on traditional blondies or brownies. They come together quickly in an 8 x 8 in. pan from our 4-Piece Toaster Oven Set for a great after-dinner treat or family dessert.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare 8 in. x 8 in. baking pan with vegetable pan spray.
  2. In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. In medium bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter, egg, vanilla and almond extract. Add flour mixture; stir until combined. Fold in 1/4 cup of raspberries and 1/2 cup white chocolate chips. Spread mixture into prepared pan and sprinkle with all remaining 1/3 cup raspberries and 1 tablespoon white chocolate chips.
  4. Bake 42-48 minutes or until lightly browned at edges and center is set. Cool completely in pan on cooling grid.
