

White Chocolate Raspberry Blondies
Sweet, creamy white chocolate and tart raspberries combine for luscious white chocolate raspberry blondies that are a great twist on traditional blondies or brownies. They come together quickly in an 8 x 8 in. pan from our 4-Piece Toaster Oven Set for a great after-dinner treat or family dessert.

Ingredients
1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup firmly-packed light brown sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon Imitation Clear Vanilla Extract, 8 oz.
1/4 teaspoon Imitation Almond Extract, 2 oz.
1/4 cup, plus 1/3 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup, plus 1 tablespoon white chocolate chips

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare 8 in. x 8 in. baking pan with vegetable pan spray.
- In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
- In medium bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter, egg, vanilla and almond extract. Add flour mixture; stir until combined. Fold in 1/4 cup of raspberries and 1/2 cup white chocolate chips. Spread mixture into prepared pan and sprinkle with all remaining 1/3 cup raspberries and 1 tablespoon white chocolate chips.
- Bake 42-48 minutes or until lightly browned at edges and center is set. Cool completely in pan on cooling grid.
