Turn up the oven and the fun this season at our Kid’s Winter Baking Camp! Over two delicious days, young bakers will dive into a mix of sweet and savory recipes while learning real, from-scratch baking techniques—mixing and kneading dough, proofing, shaping, decorating, and balancing flavors. Each hands-on project builds kitchen confidence, creativity, and teamwork.
On the Menu
Day 1:
- Animal Cookie Dough (mixed and rested overnight)
- Little Cinnamon Rolls with creamy buttercream frosting
- Mini Garlic Pizza Bread Loaf with homemade garlic butter or pizza toppings
Day 2:
- Cut-Out Animal Cookies (baked and decorated)
- S’mores Cupcakes (mixed, baked, and decorated)
- Homemade Pretzels (sweet & savory styles) with dipping sauces
By the end of camp, kids will have baked five incredible recipes from scratch, gained essential baking know-how, and brought home a box full of delicious creations to share. It’s the perfect recipe for a cozy, confidence-boosting winter break!
Students should bring a lunch from home to have during the mid-day lunch break!
