Over two cozy days, young bakers will make 5 delicious recipes from scratch—from pretzels and pizza bread to s’mores cupcakes and animal cookies—while learning real kitchen skills, creativity, and teamwork. Class Description

Turn up the oven and the fun this season at our Kid’s Winter Baking Camp! Over two delicious days, young bakers will dive into a mix of sweet and savory recipes while learning real, from-scratch baking techniques—mixing and kneading dough, proofing, shaping, decorating, and balancing flavors. Each hands-on project builds kitchen confidence, creativity, and teamwork.

On the Menu

Day 1:

  • Animal Cookie Dough (mixed and rested overnight)
  • Little Cinnamon Rolls with creamy buttercream frosting
  • Mini Garlic Pizza Bread Loaf with homemade garlic butter or pizza toppings

Day 2:

  • Cut-Out Animal Cookies (baked and decorated)
  • S’mores Cupcakes (mixed, baked, and decorated)
  • Homemade Pretzels (sweet & savory styles) with dipping sauces

By the end of camp, kids will have baked five incredible recipes from scratch, gained essential baking know-how, and brought home a box full of delicious creations to share. It’s the perfect recipe for a cozy, confidence-boosting winter break!

Students should bring a lunch from home to have during the mid-day lunch break!
