This class is perfect for cake enthusiasts of all levels, however, basic cake decorating skills are recommended.
In this class, you’ll learn how to:
- Safely cook, melt, mold, and shape isomalt into a clear globe
- Cover and smooth a cake with buttercream for a flawless finish
- Build and decorate a festive edible holiday scene (tree, snow, and more)
- Learn other applications for isomalt, picture frame cookies, snow globe cupcakes, clock “glass”, etc.
- Add decorative details like stars, sprinkles, and shimmering effects
- Assemble and secure the isomalt globe for a stunning final reveal
