School Spirit Cookie Pops

  1. Prepare cookies. Melt Orange and Royal Blue Candy Melts candy, separately in containers, according to package directions.

    Untwist two halves of sandwich cookies. Insert lollipop stick in middle of cookie. Using melted candy in parchment bag, sandwich cookies back together. Chill until set, about 5 to 10 minutes. Keep candy warm on warming tray.

  2. Dip cookies. Dip cookies into melted Orange or Royal Blue candy. Transfer to parchment paper-lined cake board. Chill until set, about 15 to 20 minutes. Keep candy warm on warming tray.
  3. Decorate cookies. Prepare two parchment bags, separately, with remaining melted Orange and Royal Blue candy. Cut 1/8 in. off tip of bags. Pipe dots, drizzle candy or write messages on cookies using candy of opposite color. Chill until set, about 10 to 15 minutes.
