Pink and Coral Macarons

Whether you're hosting an elegant French birthday party or you just want to have some fun getting colorful with your baking, these Pink and Coral Macarons are sure to become a party favorite. Use the Color Right Performance Color System to create color combinations to best suit your celebration then fill and assemble with creamy icing for a sweet treat that's sure to please!

  1. Prepare batter. On back side of parchment paper, draw 1½ in. circles. Flip parchment paper right side up. Prepare macaron recipe following recipe instructions. Tint light coral using color combination provided.

    BATTER COLORS TINTED:

    Use Color Right base colors and QuickCount color formulas to tint batter in the following shades:

    • Light Coral: 1 recipe French macaron batter + 1R + 1Y
    • Medium Coral: 1 recipe French macaron batter + 2R + 2Y
    • Light Pink: 1 recipe French macaron batter + 1P
    • Medium Pink: 1 recipe French macaron batter + 2P

    Reserve remaining French macaron batter white.

  2. Pipe macarons. Prepare decorating bag with tip 2A and light coral batter. Secure parchment paper to pan using small amount of batter in each corner. Pipe and bake cookies following recipe instructions. Cool completely.

    Repeat process four more times, one for each color batter.

  3. Assemble macarons. Prepare decorating bag with tip 12 and creamy icing. Fill and assemble macarons.
