Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar

  • 6 tablespoons butter,

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 teaspoon Clear Imitation Vanilla Extract, 2 oz.

  • Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line muffin pan with baking cups.
  2. In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. In large bowl, beat butter, sugar and peanut butter with electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Alternately, add flour mixture and milk to butter mixture; mix well. Evenly distribute cupcake batter into baking cups.
  3. Bake 22-24 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Allow cupcakes to cool in pan on cooling rack for 5 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely.
