  1. Ingredients
    • 1/3 cup firmly-packed dark brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt
    • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
    • 1/4 cup milk
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 teaspoon Wilton Pure Vanilla Extract
    • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • Vanilla ice cream, optional
    • Caramel ice cream topping, optional
    • Chopped walnuts, optional
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare mugs with vegetable pan spray and place in 9 in. x 9 in. square pan.
  3. In small bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, cocoa powder and salt.
  4. In large bowl, whisk together oil, milk, egg and vanilla. Add flour mixture and chocolate chips; stir until just combined. Divide evenly between mugs.
  5. Bake 32-34 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out nearly clean. Cool mugs in pan on cooling grid 15-20 minutes or until mugs are cool enough to touch. Top with ice cream, caramel and nuts, if desired. Serve warm.

    Makes 4 brownies.
