Mini Lemon Tarts

Made using store-bought pie crusts and curd, you can whip up this dessert in no time, making it a great solution for a last-minute party or get-together. Ingredients

  • Premade Tart Crust

  • lemon curd

  • Vanilla Meringue Powder Mix, 6.5 oz

  1. Assemble lemon curds. Prepare lemon curd recipe following recipe instructions. Spoon curd into prepared mini tart shells.
  2. Pipe meringue. Prepare Meringue Mix according to package instructions. Prepare decorating bag with tip 1G and prepared meringue. Pipe star on each mini tart.

    Using kitchen torch or broiler, brown meringue.
