- In large ziptop bag, combine cake mixes, ginger, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and allspice; seal and toss to combine.
- In medium bowl, combine whipped topping and 1 tablespoon maple syrup; set aside.
- Prepare mugs with vegetable pan spray. In medium bowl, combine 1 cup dry cake mixture, water and vanilla; stir until mixture foams slightly. Divide evenly between mugs
- Place mugs on microwave-safe plate and heat on high for 90 seconds, or until top of cakes spring back when touched. Carefully remove from microwave; mugs will be hot. Cool 6-8 minutes or until mugs are cool enough to touch. Top with dollop of maple topping, dust with cinnamon, and drizzle remaining 2 tablespoons maple syrup evenly over cakes. Keep the remaining mix on hand to make mug cakes quickly any time you’d like.
