Ingredients
Favorite Cake Mix or Recipe
Rose Icing Color, 1 oz. - Pink Food Coloring
Violet Icing Color, 1 oz. Gel Food Coloring
White Decorator Icing - 4.5 lb.
Tools
Performance Aluminum Round Cake Pan, 6-Inch
Non-Stick Cooling Grid - 14.5 x 20-Inch - Cooling Rack
Decorator Preferred 9inch Angled Spatula

- Bake cake. Prepare cake batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool two cake layers. Level, fill and stack for 4 in. high cake.
Tint icing. Combine Violet and Rose icing colors to get light purple color shown. Using color combinations provided, tint icing light purple.
Using spatula, ice cake smooth.
- Decorate cake. Place tip of angled spatula at base of cake. Pull from bottom to top of cake at a diagonal. Continue all the way around cake. Garnish as desired.
