- Bake cake. Prepare pound cake batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool lamb cake according to package directions.
- Ice cake. Using spatula, ice cake with creamy white icing, leaving swirl marks in icing. Use tip of spatula to smooth ears.
- Tint icing. Using Black icing color, tint ¼ cup icing black.
Decorate cake. Prepare decorating bag with coupler and black icing. Using tip 8, pipe eyes. Using tip 3, pipe nose.
Place fresh herbs in circle around lamb head.
