  • Large Candy Eyeballs, 1 oz.

  • Favorite cupcake mix or recipe

  • Red Icing Pouch with Tips, 8 oz.

  • Green Icing Pouch with Tips, 8 oz.

  • Tools

  • 12 Cup Muffin Pan

  • Decorator Preferred 11 Inch Straight Spatula

  • Assorted Jewel Baking Cups

  • Straight Stainless Steel Spatula, 9-Inch

  • Bright Standard Cupcake Liners, 300-Count

  • Perfect Results Premium Non-Stick Bakeware Muffin and Cupcake Pan, 12-Cup

  1. Bake and cool cupcakes.
  2. Decorate cupcakes. Use Decorating Icing Pouch to cover cupcakes. Use spatula to ice cupcakes smooth. Use round tip to pipe string mouth, dot cheeks, pull-out dot fangs, pull-out dot hair and pull-out dot spikes. Use dots of icing to attach candy eyeballs.
