    1. Make the Cake. Preheat oven to 350?. Spray sheet cake pan with nonstick spray.
    2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into the prepared pan.
    3. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely. Divide cake in half and freeze one half for future use.
    4. Using your hands, crumble up the cake until no large pieces remain.
    5. Add frosting, mixing with fingers until well combined.
    6. Form Cake Balls. Form into cake balls and chill until set, about 2 hours.
    7. Create Cake Pops. While the cake balls are setting, melt Candy Melts candy according to package instructions.
    8. Dip the tip of each lollipop stick into melted candy, then into set cake balls. Repeat with all cake balls, then let chill again until set, about 10 minutes. Reserve remaining melted candy.
    9. Color Candy. Add EZ Thin to remaining melted white candy following package instructions.
      • Using blue candy color, tint 2 oz. melted candy blue and transfer to a decorating bag.
      • Using green candy color, tint 2 oz. melted candy green and transfer to a decorating bag.
      • Transfer remaining white candy to a deep bowl.
    10. Dip Cake Pops. Drizzle a small amount of tinted candy over white candy, do not mix. Holding stick of cake pop, dip pop into candy, turning stick clockwise to swirl candy; lift straight out of bowl. Carefully tap off excess candy and place pops in the stand.
    11. Add more tinted candy as needed and repeat with remaining pops. Chill until set, about 20 minutes.

    Notes

      • If candy gets too marbled, spoon off mixed candy from the top of the bowl or add more white candy and re-drizzle blue and green candy.
