Easy Christmas Tree Brownies

These cute Christmas tree brownies are easy to make and decorated with beautiful pulled stars, green frosting and colorful holiday sprinkles.

  1. Bake brownies. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare the silicone mold with non-stick cake release spray.
  2. Make brownies according to the brownie mix box or recipe instructions.
  3. Spoon brownie batter into each cavity, filling each cavity about 3/4 of the way full.
  4. Place mold onto a cookie sheet then place in the oven.
  5. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out almost clean. Remove brownies from the oven and place on a cooling grid to cool completely.
  6. Once the first batch of brownies are baked and cooled, you’ll need to make 12 additional brownies so that you have a total of 36 brownies.
  7. Tint frosting. Divide frosting into 4 individual bowls, about ½ cup of frosting in each.
  8. Combine Kelly Green and Teal icing colors to get the dark green shown in the image.
  9. Combine Leaf Green and Lemon Yellow icing colors to get the lime green shown in the image.
  10. Tint 1 cup icing dark green, 1 cup lime green, 1 cup moss green and 1 cup leaf green.
  11. Assemble brownie bite tree. Using 32 brownie bites, form a triangle shape. Take the remaining four brownies and create the tree trunk.
  12. Decorate tree. Prepare decorating bags with tips and frosting as follows:
    • Tip 21 and dark green
    • Tip 18 and lime green
    • Tip 16 and moss
    • Tip 32 and leaf green
  13. Starting at the bottom of the triangle, pipe pull-out stars, alternating colors as you work your way to the top.
  14. Take sprinkles and scatter on top of the decorated area. Scatter some of the confetti sprinkles around the tree to add even more of a festive touch.
