Made using crispy square rice cereal and a variety of Candy Melts candy, this Colorful Unicorn Snack Mix makes a great treat for your unicorn-themed party.   1. Prepare pan and plastic bag. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place ¾ cup confectioners’ sugar in plastic bag. Set aside.
  2. Melt candy. Melt Lavender Candy Melts candy according to package instructions.

  3. Prepare cereal. Place 6 cups cereal in big mixing bowl. Add melted candy. Using rubber spatula, carefully mix to combine. Pour into plastic bag with confectioners’ sugar. Mix until completely covered. Pour out in one layer on sheet of parchment paper. Chill until set, about 15 to 20 minutes.

  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 with Bright White candy and Bright Pink candy.
