Chocoholic Truffles

Truffles make a great addition to any cookie platter or sweet table—and you'll love how easy these are to make! Roll them in nuts, coconut, sprinkles or cocoa powder for a delicious chocolatey treat that's sure to please!   1. In microwave safe bowl, combine bag of Candy Melts candy with cream. Heat at 50% power or defrost setting for 1 minutes. Stir thoroughly.
  2. Continue to microwave and stir at 30 second intervals until smooth and completely melted. Let stand 15 minutes. Stir in optional liqueur.
  3. Pour into shallow pan. Refrigerate 1-2 hours or overnight until firm but pliable.
  4. Roll into 1 inch balls. Dip into melted Candy Melts candy.
  5. Optional: Truffles may be rolled into a variety of coatings (sprinkles, chopped nuts, coconut, cocoa powder, confectioner's sugar and sparkles).
