In small bowl, combine olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper and oregano. Rub mixture evenly over chicken and place on pan. Top each with 1 piece mozzarella.
Lay asparagus opposite chicken and evenly sprinkle with minced garlic and parmesan. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
