Using tape, secure waxed paper onto cake board.
Melt yellow and lavender Candy Melts in separate bowls according to directions on bag.
Using 3-pronged fork, dip Bugles in melted candy; cover and lift. Tap fork on edge of bowl to remove excess candy. Carefully transfer to wax paper covered board. Chill until set, about 10 minutes.
Place yellow and lavender candy in parchment bags; cut 1/16 in. hole in tip. Pipe 'Go Team' or other game messages on candy coated Bugles in opposite color. Chill until set, about 5 minutes.
Place finished Bugles into party mix, stir and serve.
