Prepare your chicken then coat in a simple mixture of garlic and onion powder, plus flour, salt and pepper. Bake for about 30 minutes, then finish them off under the broiler until they get nice and crispy. Top them off with your favorite buffalo sauce while they're still hot. And don't forget the easy dipping sauce! Just mix your favorite ranch dressing with just a little bit of cool sour cream to take the edge off the spice.   1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare broiler pan with vegetable pan spray.
  2. Cut chicken wings at joint, then cut off and dispose of tips. There should be 20 pieces of chicken remaining.
  3. In small bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper and onion powder. Toss chicken in flour mixture, shaking off excess, and place in an even layer on pan.
  4. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until chicken had reached an internal temperature of 165°F. Broil wings for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until chicken is crispy.
  5. While chicken is baking, mix buffalo sauce and butter together in a small bowl.
  6. To prepare dipping sauce, in a small bowl stir together ranch dressing and sour cream.
  7. While chicken is still hot, brush buffalo sauce mixture on both sides. Sprinkle with chopped green onion, if desired. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
