Broiled Strip Steaks with Garlic & Herb Butter

  1. In small bowl, stir together butter, minced green onion, minced parsley, salt and garlic until well-combined. Form into a log shape, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
  2. Preheat broiler to high. Position rack 6” below heat source.
  3. Sprinkle steaks evenly with salt and pepper on both sides; place on broiler pan. Place vegetables around steaks. Broil 3 minutes. Turn steaks over; broil 5 minutes longer, or until steaks reach desired degree of doneness.
  4. Slice herb butter into 4 equal portions. Place one piece butter on each steak; tent with foil and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
