Yummy Caramel Pecan Brownie Bites

1. - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare a mini muffin pan with vegetable pan spray.
2. - In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, ingredients to prepare mix, and 1/2 cup pecan chips. Mix according to package directions.
3. - Divide batter evenly among pan cavities, filling muffin cups about 2/3 full. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup pecan chips.
4. - Bake for 14-16 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out almost clean. Let cool almost completely on a cooling rack.
5. - Use a spatula to carefully loosen brownies from the pan then remove to the rack to cool completely.
6. - Drizzle brownies with caramel ice cream topping and enjoy!
