4 cups sifted confectioners’ sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup (2 sticks) plant-based butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons non-dairy milk

- Sift together confectioners’ sugar and cocoa powder; set aside.
- In large mixing bowl, beat plant-based butter with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add sugar and cocoa powder mixture to butter, one cup at a time, beating well after each addition. Icing may appear dry.
- Gradually add non-dairy milk; beat at medium speed until light and fluffy.
