Prepare circle patterns. Trace 3 in. dia. circles on parchment paper. Tape paper face down on cake board.
Make lollipops. In small bowl, combine nonpareils, jimmies and pearlized sugars. Set aside. Melt white Candy Melts candy following package directions. Complete one lollipop at a time so candy does not set. Fill parchment triangle bag with melted candy. Cut small opening. Outline and fill in circle pattern with melted candy. Tap gently to level candy. Position end of lollipop stick in melted candy and twist so stick is covered in candy. Immediately add assorted sprinkles to perimeter of lollipop circle. Chill until firm, about 5 to 10 minutes.
Decorate lollipops. Melt green Candy Melts candy following package directions and place in parchment triangle bag. Cut small opening. Pipe numbers on candy pops. Chill until firm, about 5 to 10 minutes.
