  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
