Tasty Bite-Sized Appetizers

Wet everyone's appetite with these delicious appetizers. Made using simple fondant techniques (but not using any fondant!), these appetizers are colorful, fun and oh-so-pretty! Mix and match veggies like beets and cucumbers with fruit, meat and cheese to create delicious bite-sized snacks that are sure to be the hit of your next party or celebration.   1. Cut fruit. Using smallest square cut-out, cut squares of cantaloupe and watermelon.
  2. Assemble fruit bites. Using ribbon rose technique, make ribbon roses using sliced prosciutto. Place on top of cantaloupe or watermelon; insert food pick.
  3. Cut beets and cheese. Using star, round, heart and blossom cut-outs, cut shapes from sliced beets and sliced cheese.
  4. Assemble beets and cheese bites. Top cucumber slices with shaped cheese and beet pieces. Top with microgreens.
  5. Cut shaped cheese slices. Using star, round, heart and blossom cut-outs, cut shapes from sliced cheese. Arrange on crackers as desired.
