- Cut fruit. Using smallest square cut-out, cut squares of cantaloupe and watermelon.
- Assemble fruit bites. Using ribbon rose technique, make ribbon roses using sliced prosciutto. Place on top of cantaloupe or watermelon; insert food pick.
- Cut beets and cheese. Using star, round, heart and blossom cut-outs, cut shapes from sliced beets and sliced cheese.
- Assemble beets and cheese bites. Top cucumber slices with shaped cheese and beet pieces. Top with microgreens.
- Cut shaped cheese slices. Using star, round, heart and blossom cut-outs, cut shapes from sliced cheese. Arrange on crackers as desired.
