Make shortcake. Prepare shortcake dough following recipe instructions (make shortcake only). Using 3 in. round cutter, cut out shortcake rounds. Bake and cool.
Make whipped cream. Prepare whipped cream following recipe instructions.
Cut fruit. Using various fondant cut-outs, cut blossoms, stars, rounds and squares from sliced strawberries, kiwi and mango.
Assemble shortcakes. Using spatula, spread whipped cream on shortcake round. Top with shaped fruit and another shortcake round.
