Starry Night Chocolate Eclairs

Ingredients

  • Chocolate Eclairs

  • White Nonpareils, 3 oz. - Cake Decorating Supplies

  • Milk Chocolate Glaze

  • Buttercream Frosting

  • Tools

  • Non-Stick Cooling Grid - 14.5 x 20-Inch - Cooling Rack

  • Open Star Cake Decorating Tip 16

  • Decorating Bags, 16-Inch Disposable Piping Bags, 12-Count

  1. Prepare eclairs. Prepare filling and éclair dough following recipe instructions. Bake and cool. Fill cooled eclairs.
  2. Prepare glaze. Prepare milk chocolate glaze following recipe instructions. Dip top of eclairs in glaze. Transfer to cooling grid. Let set, about 10 to 20 minutes.

    Prepare buttercream following recipe instructions.Prepare two decorating bags separately with tips 16 and 21; fill with prepared buttercream. Pipe stars on eclairs.

  3. Decorate eclairs. Drizzle eclairs with remaining chocolate glaze. Top with white nonpareils.
