  • Lemon Yellow Icing Color, 1 oz.

  • Decorator Preferred White Fondant, 24 oz. Fondant Icing

  • Golden Yellow Icing Color, 1 oz.

  • White Decorator Icing - 4.5 lb.

  • Tools

  • Non-Stick Cooling Grid - 14.5 x 20-Inch - Cooling Rack

  • Round Cake Decorating Tip 10

  • Performance Pans Aluminum Square Cake and Brownie Pan, 10-Inch

  • Fondant Cutter Set, 3-Piece Fondant Tools

  • Decorating Bags, 16-Inch Disposable Piping Bags, 12-Count

  • Letter and Number Fondant Cutters Set, 40-Piece

  • Large Fondant Roller with Guide Rings, 20-Inch - Fondant Tools

  1. Bake cake. Prepare batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool one cake layer in 10 in. pan.
  2. Cover cake in fondant. Use white icing to lightly ice cake and prepare for fondant covering. Use fondant roller with orange guide rings to roll out fondant 1/8 in. thick. Cut four strips, 10 x 2 in. long. Attach to cake sides, trim off excess. Cut four strips, 10 x 1/2 in. long. Trim ends at a 45° angle and position on inside top edge of cake for frame. Reserve excess fondant.
  3. Ice cake. Combine Lemon Yellow and Golden Yellow for yellow shown. Tint icing yellow. Use tip 10 and yellow icing; pipe horizontal lines inside frame.
  4. Make fondant message. Use fondant roller with blue guide rings to roll out remaining fondant 1/16 in. thick. Use letter cutters to cut out message. Position on cake, aligning bottom of letters to the bottom of piped lines.
