In medium microwave-safe container, combine Candy Melts candy and cream. Microwave at half (50%) power 1 minute; stir. Microwave on 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until candy is almost melted. Stir thoroughly until mixture is smooth. Place in medium bowl; refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
Scoop about 1 tablespoon candy and flatten in palm. Place mini marshmallow into center of candy. Roll into 1 in. diameter balls; completely covering marshmallow. Immediately roll in graham cracker crumbs. Place on parchment-lined cookie pan. Chill until set, about 15-20 minutes.
