  • Creamy White Decorator Icing, 4 lb. Tub

  • Teal Icing Color, 1 oz.

  • Rose Icing Color, 1 oz. - Pink Food Coloring

  • Violet Icing Color, 1 oz. Gel Food Coloring

  • Orange Icing Color, 1 oz.

  • Christmas Red Icing Color, 1 oz.

  • Sky Blue Icing Color, 1 oz.

  • Tools

  • Non-Stick Cooling Grid - 14.5 x 20-Inch - Cooling Rack

  • Large Folding Cake Leveler, Cake Decorating Supplies

  • Decorating Bags, 16-Inch Disposable Piping Bags, 12-Count

  • Decorator Preferred 13 inch Angled Spatula

  • Heart Shaped Non-Stick Cake Pan, 9 Inch

  • Multi-Opening Cake Decorating Tip 233

  1. Bake cake. Prepare cake batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool one cake layer.
  2. Crumb coat cake. Using Rose icing color, tint 3½ cups icing light pink. Using cake leveler, slice cake in half. Fill and crumb coat with light pink icing. Reserve remaining light pink icing.
  3. Tint remaining icing. Tint ½ cup icing each dark pink, dark coral and light coral using color combinations provided. Combine Christmas Red and touch of Rose icing colors to get dark pink color shown. Combine Orange and Rose icing colors to get dark and light coral color shown. Using Teal icing color, tint ½ cup icing teal. Using Sky Blue icing color, tint ½ cup icing each dark and light blue. Using Violet icing color, tint ½ cup icing each dark and light purple. Using Rose icing color, tint ½ cup icing medium pink. Reserve remaining icing white.
  4. Prepare decorating bags. Prepare 11 decorating bags with tip 233. Fill separately with dark pink, dark coral, light coral, teal, dark blue, light blue, dark purple, light purple, medium pink, white and reserved light pink icing.
  5. Decorate cake. Alternating colors, cover cake with pull-out grass technique.
