

Salted Caramel Pretzel Brownies

Brownie
1 package (18.4 ounces) Brownie MIx
Ingredients to prepare brownie mix
15 drops Treatology Flavor Extracts Kit, 8-Piece Food Flavoring
1/4 cup roughly crushed pretzel pieces
vegetable pan spray
Topping
4 ounces white chocolate, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare 8 in. x 8 in. baking pan with vegetable pan spray.
- In large bowl, stir together brownie mix and ingredients to prepare it, Salted Caramel Flavor and pretzel pieces until well combined. Pour into prepared pan. Bake according to mix instructions, or until toothpick inserted in center of brownies comes out almost clean. Cool completely on cooling grid.
- For topping, combine white chocolate and cream in medium microwave-safe container. Microwave at half (50%) power 1 minute; stir. Continue to microwave and stir at 30-second intervals, until chocolate is almost melted. Stir thoroughly until mixture is smooth. Add Salted Caramel Flavor and stir until well combined. Pour over cooled brownies, spreading evenly. Top with crushed pretzels.
