Plums cut into wedges are covered in a custard-like batter and baked in a round cake pan. Top with a sprinkling of powdered sugar and fini!

  • 4 medium red plums
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2/3 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons Clear Imitation Vanilla Extract, 2 oz.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Imitation Almond Extract, 2 oz.
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • confectioners' sugar
