Monterey Jack Cheese Crackers

Take lunch time (and snack time) up a notch with these delicious Monterey Jack Cheese Crackers. Perfect for students of all ages, these homemade crackers taste even better than your favorite cheesy store-bought snack. While we used Monterey jack cheese here, you could also use any firm cheese you'd like, like Colby Jack or Cheddar.

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare cookie pan with parchment paper.
  2. In bowl of food processor, pulse cheese, flour, butter, salt, onion powder and paprika until well-combined and crumbly. Add milk and process until mixture forms a ball.
  3. On well-floured surface, roll out dough 1/8 in. thick. Cut out shapes with 1 in. cutter. Scraps may be re-rolled once.
  4. Bake 12-14 minutes or until crackers are golden brown.
