

Monterey Jack Cheese Crackers

Ingredients
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cold butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons milk

- Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare cookie pan with parchment paper.
- In bowl of food processor, pulse cheese, flour, butter, salt, onion powder and paprika until well-combined and crumbly. Add milk and process until mixture forms a ball.
- On well-floured surface, roll out dough 1/8 in. thick. Cut out shapes with 1 in. cutter. Scraps may be re-rolled once.
- Bake 12-14 minutes or until crackers are golden brown.
