1. - Make cupcakes. Prepare the batter according to recipe directions. Place liners in the mini muffin pan and then slowly add batter into the individual mini muffin cups. Bake in a preheated oven to 350 degrees or recipe specifications. When done, remove from the oven, then from the pan and then let them cool completely on a cooling grid.
2. -

   Tint icing and prepare bags. Divide icing and tint 1 cup each orange, pink, mint, teal and blue.

   Combine Orange with a touch of Brown for orange shown.

   Combine Rose with a touch of Red-Red food coloring and Black for the pink shown.

   Combine Kelly Green with a touch of Sky Blue for mint shown.

   Combine Sky Blue with a touch of Golden Yellow and Black for teal shown.

   Combine Royal Blue and Violet for blue shown.

   Place the tinted icings in separate decorating bags fitted with tip 2A.

3. - Decorate cupcakes. Use tip 2A and tinted icings to pipe swirls on the center of cupcakes.
4. - Add candy eyeballs. Affix the candy eyeballs to complete this project.
