  1. In advance: Make fondant leaves. Roll out red, orange and yellow fondant 1/16 in. thick. Using 3 leaf cutters from set, cut approximately 50 leaves in various shapes and colors.

    Place on thin foam and score vein lines using small end of veining tool from set.

    Let dry in small flower formers dusted with cornstarch. When dry, brush with Pearl Dust.

  2. Bake and cool cheesecake. Position on serving plate and position leaves.
