Each day, you’ll dive into different science topics—like chemistry, physics, and biology—while baking tasty treats. You'll see how science makes your favorite baked goods rise, taste better, and come to life!

What They’ll Learn:

  • • Mixing Fat & Water (Physical Science) – Learn how fat and water blend to make smooth, stable mixtures, then make marble brownies!
  • • How Baked Goods Rise (Chemical & Physical Science) – See how air and baking agents help dough grow and get fluffy, then bake cream puffs!
  • • Bread Science (Chemical & Biological Science) – Discover how gluten and starch work together in bread that you will make!
  • • Browning & Flavor (Chemical & Physical Science) – Find out how heat makes baked goods brown and taste amazing. Then make s'mores cookies!
