Nothing says Christmas like red and green, and these Guacamole-Pomegranate Wonton Cups are a festive and tasty appetizer for your holiday Christmas party. The pomegranates add a little taste of sweetness to these guacamole bites and the spice of the guacamole is sure to be a crowd pleaser! Made using the Mega Mini Muffin Pan, this is a great recipe for feeding a large group.

3 cups prepared guacamole
6 tablespoons pomegranate seeds

- Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare 48-cavity mini muffin pan with vegetable pan spray.
- Carefully press wonton wrappers into prepared pan to form a cup. Spray each wonton with vegetable pan spray, checking to make sure wrappers are pressed open against the side of the cup.
- Bake 8 to 9 minutes or until golden brown, rotating pan halfway through baking time. Cool in pan on cooling grid. Fill each cup with 1 tablespoon guacamole. Sprinkle evenly with pomegranate arils.
