1. - Slice apples into 1/4 inch thick slices carefully. Using various fall themed cutters, punch out the middle of each exposed apple slice.
2. - Melt light cocoa Candy Melts candy according to package instructions. Using parchment sheet swipe candy in a circle onto parchment paper. Lay the apple slices down onto the melted candy.
3. - Melt caramel or caramel bits together. Place it in a disposable decorating bag, cut the tip and pipe the completely melted caramel into cavity. Chill 8-10 minutes.
4. - Using a disposable decorating bag, pipe candy around the outer edge of the apple, coat it with chopped nuts. Chill for 5 minutes or until set.
