Slice apples into 1/4 inch thick slices carefully. Using various fall themed cutters, punch out the middle of each exposed apple slice.
Melt light cocoa Candy Melts candy according to package instructions. Using parchment sheet swipe candy in a circle onto parchment paper. Lay the apple slices down onto the melted candy.
Melt caramel or caramel bits together. Place it in a disposable decorating bag, cut the tip and pipe the completely melted caramel into cavity. Chill 8-10 minutes.
Using a disposable decorating bag, pipe candy around the outer edge of the apple, coat it with chopped nuts. Chill for 5 minutes or until set.
