Ingredients

  • Favorite Cake Mix or Recipe

  • Lemon Yellow Icing Color, 1 oz.

  • Kelly Green Icing Color, 1 oz.

  • Teal Icing Color, 1 oz.

  • Rose Icing Color, 1 oz. - Pink Food Coloring

  • Royal Blue Icing Color, 1 oz. - Blue Food Coloring

  • Golden Yellow Icing Color, 1 oz.

  • Sky Blue Icing Color, 1 oz.

  • Moss Green Icing Color, 1 oz.

  • White Decorator Icing - 4.5 lb.

  • cornstarch

  • Tools

  • Non-Stick Cooling Grid - 14.5 x 20-Inch - Cooling Rack

  • Large Round Tip 2A

  • White Cupcake Liners, 75-Count

  • Recipe Right Muffin Pan, 12-Cup Non-Stick Muffin Pan

  1. Bake cupcakes. Prepare cake batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool cupcakes in white cupcake liners.
  2. Tint icing. Combine Moss Green and Lemon Yellow icing colors to get green color shown. Combine Teal, Kelly Green and Royal Blue icing colors to get deep teal color shown. Combine Golden Yellow and Lemon Yellow icing colors to get yellow color shown. Combine Rose and Sky Blue icing colors to get magenta color shown. Tint ½ cup icing each green, deep teal, yellow and magenta using color combinations provided. Using remaining white icing, spatula ice cupcakes.

  3. Decorate cupcakes. Prepare decorating bags separately with tips 3, 5, 12 and 2A. Fill tip 3 bag with yellow icing, tip 5 bag with green icing, tip 12 bag with deep teal icing and tip 2A bag with magenta icing.

    Alternating colors, pipe dots down center, around edge or in crescent shape. Pat down dots with finger dipped in cornstarch.
