- Heat oven to 350°F. Bake and cool cupcakes in baking cups.
- Prepare three disposable decorating bags from the set with blue, teal and white icing. Assemble Color Swirl coupler with tip 2A according to package directions. Cover cupcakes with an icing swirl.
